This 2-day workshop consists of a process that is gentle yet can very profound for all participants. Throughout the 2 days we will cover the nine points of philosophy Louise Hay has used in her training. Louise Hay is known as a founder of the self-help movement and a global leader in the healing field. She is a well-known author who began the influential publishing company Hay House in her sixties, and has been credited with launching some of the best known self-help leaders today. Louise remained active in the work of her publishing house and charitable foundation until her death at the age of 90 in 2017.
We all have choice as to how we respond to life. Louise Hay’s training gives us tools and insight to empower self.
The philosophies are covered in creative and sensitive ways, with chants (songs), guided meditation with music, experiential exercises, pairing off, and writing, sharing with a partner, practicing new positive affirmations and seeing how powerful our minds are. Understanding and insight to use our minds in life serving ways to sustain self through whatever life offers is vital to our journey here.
The workshop moves along with a pace that doesn’t become stale or too slow, it invites us to step out of the box of what’s normal for us and take a risk of being and thinking differently. A sense of renewal energetically that is filled with positive change can spring from this 2 day experience. As our filter begins to shift so our point of view of life is seen through a much different set of glasses.

Louise is an inspiration to all people, but perhaps even more so to women, for whom she is living proof that it is never too late. Louise was in her 60s when started her publishing company, Hay House, now famous for publishing the work of many leaders of the self-help movement: Wayne Dyer, Doreen Virtue, Neale Donald Walsch, Don Miguel Ruiz, Ester and Gerry Hicks and countless others.

FROM TRAUMA TO TRIUMPH
As successful as Louise Hay is today, she spent most of her childhood enduring both physical and sexual abuse with a lot of hard work thrown in. Her self-image sank lower and lower, until eventually she began to express this pattern in the outside world. Her life story is told in You Can Heal Your Life. Understanding the deep value of unconditional love for self has expanded Louise’s life in ways that will amaze and delight her readers.
The power in Louise’s story is this: we all can do this for ourselves.
Louise isn’t a particularly academically accomplished person; she has no degrees attached her name. She came from a childhood of abuse and poverty and has grown into a woman that inspires both men and women to go beyond what they have imagined their life can be. Everyday life has been her teacher, and from her experiences she has emerged a person that has much to teach us.
Louise Hay continues today at the age of 87 to be involved in projects that contribute to change and transformation in the world. She says that the older she gets, the more important her health becomes. She now finds joy in growing her own organic food, and has educated herself on healthy ways to care for her physical wellbeing. Louise is a shining example for those of us who may, at times, find ourselves wanting to give up and give in to old patterns developed through our own story of pain and disappointment. Dissolving the old patterned way of thinking and being is the breakthrough for lasting change.
Louise Hay offers many tools through her, books, movie, speaking engagements and I Can Do It conferences each year. Her profound healing work can be best experienced through the transformational 2-day Heal Your Life® Workshops that Louise created and has made available to a wide audience through a network of licensed and authorized teachers around the world.
